Biography
Gladys Cheesman Evans played a large role in running the Colorado Forestry and Horticulture Association, the precursor to Denver Botanic Gardens, and continued to assist in developing Denver Botanic Gardens.
She served as Board Chairwoman of Denver Botanic Gardens from 1951-1956.
